He is the chairman and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of All Grace Energy Limited (AGEL). He has over 40 years’ experience in the Energy sector. He is a professor of Energy and Management with several academic distinctions and awards.
He holds a First Class (BSc) degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering from Obafemi Awolowo University with a Grade Point Average (GPA) of 5.0 on a scale of 5.0 – an outstanding record in 1976.
He also has a distinction in Nuclear Engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (“MIT”), USA. He has consulted widely for several National and international bodies on Energy and Oil & Gas related issues. These institutions include the World Bank, UNIDO, UNDP, NNPC, PHCN, Ministry of National Planning, ECOWAS and so on. He serves on the board of several Oil and Gas Companies. Professor Adegbulugbe was a former Director at the Centre for Energy Research and Development at the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife. He was the Special Adviser on Energy Matters to the President, Federal Republic of Nigeria and as Chairman of the Gas to Power Project between 2005 and 2007.
Professor Adegbulugbe is also a Lead Author of the Assessment Report of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate change, which won the 2007 Nobel Peace Prize and has presented over 60 articles and academic papers to international journals and conferences.
He is a senior professor of Economics at the University of Ibadan and the director for Centre of Petroleum, Energy Economics and Law (CPEEL), a John D. Catherine T. MacArthur Foundation Regional Centre for Excellence in the teaching and research on energy studies and law university of Ibadan.
Professor Adeola Adenikinju attended the University of Ibadan for his bachelor’s degree in 1983-1987. He went further to study for his masters and doctorate degree in economic also at the prestigious University of Ibadan from 1988-1994.
Professor Adeola Adenikinju has received several distinctions and awards. He was part of the technical advisers to the presidential committee on the deregulation of the downstream petroleum sector 2009. He was the chairman for the finance working group on Nigeria Renewable Energy masterplan in 2015. Professor Adeola Adenikinju was nominated by the Guardian as “Distinguished Professionals 2015”.
He was the coordinator of the first operational plan; the Nigeria Integrated Infrastructure Master Plan in the energy sector in 2017. He has fellowship awards from the Nigerian Association for Energy Economics (fnaee), energy institute, London and so on. Professor Adeola Adenikinju is a member of the Central Bank of Nigeria Monetary Policy Committee.

She is the head legal company secretary for All Grace Energy Limited. Mrs Bisayo Busari Akinnadeju has over 15 years of work experience in the energy sector and over 20 years of experience in legal field. She attended Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU) for her Bachelor of Law degree where she graduated with a distinction.
Mrs Bisayo Busari Akinnadeju proceeded to study for her masters at King’s College London, UK where she earned a Master of Laws degree in International Corporate and Commercial Law. Mrs Bisayo Busari Akinnadeju has received several awards for her outstanding performance.
She is one of the operators of the OML 17 Ubima marginal field.
